Oh yeah, and to sum up the "picnic", it's a hamburger and fried chicken eating, beer drinking, ride riding, game playing, auction bidding, fun filled evening where all the money raised goes to support the school!

These past two years have been bittersweet because we have stayed in my grandparents old house which is now rented out to hunters. It's small and my entire fam stays here which includes 9 adults and 10 kids under 10. Lemme tell you...quite cozy. Thankfully they have a vast number of twin bunk beds!

Growing up my uncle owned the Tipton lumber yard (right across the street from my grandparents old house). I have many fond memories of rolling into town when we were little and running straight over there to see Uncle Bob where we'd hang out with him for hours while he worked, or at least tried to work with us there. :)
Downtown...

Yes, they have a grocery store! And meet my sister Angie. Sorry Ang had to post this one!
St. Boniface Church. Site of 4 PM mass the day of the picnic. I must note they do NOT have air conditioning so it is always a scorcher!

Here we have the high school. It is absolutely amazing that in a town this small they still have schools and the kids don't have to travel to a neighboring town. The priest made a comment in his homily at mass that this years Freshman class will have 2 people in it!

This year my Aunt Laura and Uncle Dan traveled in from Denver for Laura's 60th high school reunion. It was so great to see them!

My mom and dad with all of their grandkids!
So I wish I had a picture of all the kids looking at the camera and smiling sweetly. But frankly that would be impossible. So here's the funny face picture...
Daniel, Kate, and Reese...the 3 Musketeers...
Reese and Daniel...partners in crime...
Adam and Kelly...future partners in crime...
And my favorite picture from the entire trip. Adam and my Dad hangin' out. (PS...this picture was taken around midnight Friday night...our kids hands down won the worst sleeper awards!)
